These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and Mr.Tamizh Creation ("we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of Mr.Tamil (the "Service") — a platform for event photographers and studios ("studios") to share event photos and videos with their clients and guests, including AI-based selfie search. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Our services

Mr.Tamil lets a studio create events, upload photos and videos, share them with guests via a link, QR code, or WhatsApp, and lets a guest find their own photos using selfie-based face search. The Service also includes tools for a studio to manage clients, packages, and invoices, and to run their own public studio website on the platform. The Service is intended for studios and their adult clients/guests; it is not directed at children.

2. Accounts & registration

A studio must create an account to use the dashboard features of the Service, providing accurate information (name, email, phone, business details) and keeping their login credentials confidential. A studio is responsible for all activity that happens under its account, including actions taken by any team member it invites. Guests do not need an account to search for or view photos shared with them.

3. Content you and your guests provide

A studio retains ownership of the photos and videos it uploads. By uploading content, a studio grants us a limited licence to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service — including generating thumbnails, running face-detection for selfie search, and serving it to the guests and clients the studio shares it with. We do not use a studio's event photos for our own marketing without separate permission. A studio is responsible for having the rights and any necessary consents (including from guests appearing in photos) to upload and share that content through the Service.

4. Intellectual property

Other than content uploaded by studios, the Service — including its software, design, branding, and underlying technology — is owned by Mr.Tamizh Creation and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the Service itself without our prior written permission.

5. Payments & subscriptions

A studio's use of paid plans, add-ons, or boosts on the Service is billed as described at the time of purchase. Payments made by a studio's own clients toward an invoice raised through the Service are processed by our payment partner, Cashfree — we do not store full payment card or bank details. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

6. Prohibited activities

You agree not to:

• Upload content you don't have the rights or consent to share.
• Use the Service to harass, defame, or infringe on the rights of any other person.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another studio's account, event, or guest data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure or security, including its face-search or FTP ingestion features.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.

7. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party providers — including Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, Cashfree Payments, Google (sign-in and optional review import), and DigitalOcean (hosting/storage). Your use of those integrations is also subject to each provider's own terms. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of these third parties.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, with or without notice, for maintenance, security, or other operational reasons.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate a studio's access to the Service if these Terms are violated, or for non-payment of applicable fees. A studio may stop using the Service at any time; certain provisions of these Terms (such as intellectual property and limitation of liability) survive termination.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose — including the accuracy of AI-based face matching, which is a best-effort tool and may occasionally miss or mismatch a photo.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mr.Tamizh Creation will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, revenue, or goodwill.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Mr.Tamizh Creation harmless from any claim arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Virudhunagar, Tamil Nadu.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date; continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
